Fees

We had to set the conference fees as follows:


Conference fee - regular: 140 EURO
Conference fee - student (*):   85 EURO
Extra conference dinner:   55 EURO

* For full time students. Without conference dinner. Students, who want to attend the dinner, please chose regular in the registration form.

Methods of Payment
  • Credit card:

    We can accept the following credit cards:

    • Master/EuroCard
    • VISA
    Sorry, that we cannot accept American Express, Diners or others.

    Here you can download the credit card authorisation as pdf or ps . Please fill in all required data and fax it to us (possibly within one week after registration): +49 228 73 4321

    The CVC code is a security code, consisting of three or four digits. You can find it either on the back of your credit card in the signatur strip or on the front of the credit card close to the card number.

  • Bank transfer:

    Account owner is Prof. Dr. Rolf Klein. As subject we recommend "cg03, Bonn".

    To reduce bank charges as well as delay and misdirection of your payment, please follow strictly the instructions given below. In case of doubt please contact your bank with these instructions. They should also be able to inform you about bank charges on your side. Please execute the transfer if possible within one week after registration.

    We have to differentiate three cases.

    • From Germany:
      As usual within Germany.

Excursion

Depending on the number of interested people we would like to offer at the end of the workshop an excursion, showing you more of Bonn, with the emphasis on Ludwig van Beethoven. The tour is scheduled on Thursday, March 27th, 10:00 to 14:00. We try to keep the costs between 10-20 EURO per person.

To get a good estimation of the (probable) number of participants, we would appreciate, if you could indicate your interest in such an event in the registration form. (This will be no binding booking at all!)
